A Customer Places an Order

Customers order food as usual — through your website, app, or by phone.

Choose Who Fulfills the Delivery

The system shows available courier services with estimated time and cost. You can assign the order to an external courier or your own driver.

The Courier Picks Up and Delivers the Order

The selected courier collects the order from your restaurant and delivers it to the customer.
