New Order
The dispatcher sees all orders in one dashboard from your website, branded mobile app, social media, marketplaces and phone orders.
Delivery planning
The map shows all orders and available drivers, making it easy to plan routes and delivery sequence.
Assigning a driver
Dispatcher assigns the order to the selected driver with one click.
Delivery
The driver receives the order in the driver app and sees the delivery address, and gets navigation to the customer.
Order completion
Once the order is delivered, the driver marks the route as completed in the app and the dispatcher sees the updated status in the system.
Manage your own drivers and external delivery providers at the same time
Use external delivery providers when you don’t have enough in-house drivers (for example during peak hours or unexpected situations).
Assign orders to selected providers, including your own drivers or third-party couriers.
Compare delivery cost and estimated time for each provider and choose the fastest or most cost-effective option.
